Jeff offered to pick up the hot water tank for us and did not increase his original price quote to do this. "Reliable, trustworthy & valuable! We had BSJ Plumbing install two Rinnai Tankless Hot water heaters, whole house filtration system & as well as a RO water system in kitchen August, 2022. All systems have been working very well for six months. They are professional, thorough, friendly & clean. The owner is also a fire fighter chief so he ensures proper flow and safety. Their service includes warranty & annual whole home plumbing inspection. We are very happy with our quality tankless hot water heaters as well as our new filtration systems. It is reassuring to have a dependable plumber with excellent customer service for all our home plumbing needs. Responsive to all concerns. Ensures plumbing done right!"

"I interviewed four different water treatment companies in the Phoenix Valley, AZ to have a system of water softener and an RO water purification system for drinking water installed in our home. While mellowh2o was not the cheapest (it is actually the second highest) proposal we received, we ultimately selected them. And we are so happy that we did. From the initial meeting to the date of installation and the followup after that Zach, the company's owner has been very professional, knowledgeable and most of all very patient with our numerous questions. The team that he sent worked flawlessly to install both systems. The work performed was more than excellent. When they left, our home looked just as clean and just as good as when they arrived. We selected the Watermax combo, their â Cadillacâ system, and we feel that it is an excellent choice. The system is high tech, efficient and it comes with the best warranty in the industry. It has been only two weeks but we really enjoy having dishes, coming out of the dishwasher spot free. Both my wife and my daughter commented that they feel the water being softer, luxurious on their skin and their hair while taking showers. We also enjoy the drinking water that comes from the RO system. It tastes much better that the bottled water that we have been buying for years. No more wasted plastic bottles. And that is also kinder to the environment. As our family grows, we anticipate having to buy another house in two years. "The guys did a great job. They didn’t make us wait the entire weekend with a noisy leak in my shower. After that I got my new toilets fastened down, the other shower redone, two new faucets in both bathrooms replaced,and a new hybrid water heater, and a new technology type water softener. "A few months ago, I requested information on getting a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed in my house. Glenn, the CEO of Aquaco returned my call within a few minutes. A few days later, Glenn came by my house and we agreed to install a water softener with Aquaco. His team came out the next day and installed the water softener and reverse osmosis system.
