    Comment: I am renting a single family home that has a Kenmore Intelli-soft 370 series water softener. It was empty and disconnected from power. I added salt, turned on the water, and began filling the system. When the water level rose past the residual salt on the sides of the brine tank I turned it off and disconnected power. I am beyond my ability to get it running. Landlord will not fix it, but I was told it is still under warranty. It may be a clogged screen or something similar, but I can't fix it and service it so it is operational. I want to get it services and put back into service, if the cost is not prohibitive.
