"We had a water softener and filtration system installed. I highly recommend going with Tried & True Water Solutions, LLC for all your water solution needs. Previously we had Culliganâ s best softener and filter for iron. It wasnâ t enough. The customer service was awful after they installed the system. We reached out to Jason to have a new system put it. He explained what each filter did and why it would we good for us. He did an amazing job. He is very professional and friendly. He doesnâ t have a problem with you asking questions. Trust me, I ask a lot of questions and most of the technicians are not very friendly after I have asked a few questions. Jason provides detailed answers and makes sure that he is explaining it so that you understand. Our well water is amazing now! We arenâ t having the iron stains coming from the water anymore."

"Joe called within a couple hours of my request and offered a quote over the phone. His price was $200 less than two other competitors for the same water softener. My wife and I discussed the price and scheduling then called Joe back. He scheduled an evening install which accommodated our schedules. After a two hour install, our water is soft and the price was not one penny higher than the original quote. Joe gave a tutorial on settings, tested the water then cleaned up. Fantastic."
