"I recently used JRC Home Solutions of Texas to install my Vesta water softener system. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, but my fiancà © insisted that a water system makes all the difference. First let me say that with JRC Home Solutions of Texas I got top notch white glove service. It truly is a small business that cares, and to be honest in this day and age â  that caring part seems to be lacking with most businesses. JRC Home Solutions of Texas was fast, I contacted them on a Friday and they were out the next business day. Additionally, the service was friendly, and the installer answered all of my questions. He gave me a very detailed explanation of how to use the system, which seems almost zero maintenance. He even explained common issues that he sees from systems that they repair from other vendors. The main issue he pointed out to me was that most people add salt way to early without letting most of the salt be used. He explained that can cause the salt at the bottom to turn into a large lump which will eventually cause problems. Itâ  s been just over a week and a half since we had the system put in. I must say I immediately felt a difference in the water. Funny enough â  I also had several family members who stayed with us over Thanksgiving, and each one of them made positive comments on the water. Apparently for a woman it does something to their hair â  who knows ð   . With that being said, if you on the fence for having a system put in then donâ  t be. It truly makes a difference. Do your research to. The Versa system I put in is top notch, but you wonâ  t find it at your Lowes or Home Depot. At the end of the day the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case I donâ  t have buyers remorse, and I am extremely satisfied with not only my purchase but the installation and follow up I received from JRC Home Solutions of Texas."
