"If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbits equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again ."

But two weeks have passed they still haven't sent us the estimate and they do not respond to our emails or text messages. Plus they were late 40 minutes during the service call. Will never do business with them again."

"We have had Kinetico Systems before and wanted one for our new house. I submitted an online request to Mermaid Water Systems, and Lisa got back to me within the hour. She was able to get an appointment quickly. Randy came to our home (on time!) and quickly went over the options. We chose both the water softener and drinking water systems. We arranged for installation in less than a week. Zabi and his partner arrived and installed both systems. Our whole experience was positive, and we love the Kinetico systems."
