As Rachel P. also mentioned, the only category HomeAdvisor has for roof cleaning is power washing, but Jesus Elias cleans by hand with a brush. He explained why it is better for your roof to use a brush instead of power washing. The final results are great. I am glad I decided to go with Elias Handyman Service instead of the others who were not only more expensive but could not clearly explain what & how they were going to clean the roof. Lastly, Jesus was very prompt and courteous."

He won't be the cheapest bid, but he certainly does an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay -- I had no issues writing him a check. Eric poured a concrete driveway for my trailer, which included posts for a fence, and a graveled area. We agreed on a price, set a project start date, duration, and everything went as planned. The quality was outstanding! Whether you're a home owner or looking for a sub-contractor - Eric is your man. He lets you know when to expect him on the job site, the work to be done for the day, assures you are always on the same page, and keeps you informed throughout the project. I watched as the driveway was poured (I was curious as to the process) and overheard the cement truck and concrete pumping guys talking. They were impressed on how easy Eric made their jobs. How everyone was there on time, Eric explained how the pour was going to proceed, and there weren't any delays – Guys Luv it when they can get-in, get-out, and get-on to the next job. From the moment the cement starts pouring - the clock is ticking before it hardens. It's impressive to see Eric work cement, form the driveway, and orchestrate 5 other guys -- all at the same time. I also work as a project manager, so I know how difficult it is to make sure all the moving parts mesh together seamlessly.
