"We bought a cabin and thought we had a rotted log but quickly found out the entire foundation needed to be repaired. Bill & his team laid an all new concrete foundation, built a beautiful back wall & spot for an outdoor fireplace, installed a drainage system & even used the salvageable parts of the logs to recreate the wood siding look. We also hired them to lay gravel down our driveway, repair the mortar on our chimney and install a storm cap on it. We weren't home for a lot of the work and Bill kept me updated on his progress remotely, and worked as quickly and efficiently as any contractor would if the homeowner was present. A real testament to Bill's reliability is that the storm cap we ordered for the chimney was delayed because of supply chain issues and he had to come back to install it. He had already been paid for the job, and I know some less reliable contractors wouldn't have ever shown up but Bill did it happily and even gave me some tips on how best to use our new fireplace. Really nice person, I would use him for any masonry work you want done."

"Mr. Lopez was were friendly, punctual, and professional. I actually got same day service on my dryer repair which I greatly appreciated! He took the time to explain what was wrong with the dryer and showed me what type of part he needed. Unfortunately, he did not have the part needed on his truck but he did locate one and worked around my work schedule to return and put the part on ASAP. I also feel the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this company."

"It's been several weeks now and everything has worked out just fine. We hired them to inspect and clean the fireplace and we ended up doing so much more. We are the third homeowner and with the house being 20 years old things have started to break, need repair or desperately need maintenance. We fell into all three categories. We talked with Mike who was great getting us set up and explaining the process. Then Daniel and John arrived to do the work. We got our air ducts cleaned, chimney cleaned and fixed, Dryer vent cleaned and a new UV light installed at the heat pump and the blower and coils cleaned for a very reasonable price for 5 + hours worth of work and parts. We have already set up for our yearly system's check so we will not have to worry about it (at no obligation). I would recommend them without hesitation ( I cannot say that about other companies that I have used.) So if you are looking for an honest quality oriented business that will explain everything this is the company. Tim"

"These guys were terrific! They were on time, did a full diagnosis of the problem, presented options for the needed repairs at reasonable price points to ensure I had full information (for example: do I prefer to clean the filter or replace it? Repair the aging motor or replace it with a new one? Etc). The lead team member, Tony, showed me before/after pictures of everything they worked on to ensure I understood the work they completed and they follow that up with a full report detailing the work, with photos, for my files. They were polite, professional, friendly and fast. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone with heating and air needs. Great service HVAC Florida!"

"We had a technician out 8/1/2021. Long story short, an easy job turning into a three hour nightmare for our technician, none of which was his fault. The way our dryer vents is through the roof and has 2 90 degree turns. Our poor technician lost two brushes due to these turns and the sharp aluminum severing his brush heads. All through this process he was still very nice and professional. We wanted a deep clean, but since he could not complete the clean, he did not charge us for it, even though he spent hours at our home trying to get our brush head out. We will have to re route our dryer duct into our garage (only okay to do this if you have an electric dryer, NOT gas) and the technician even sent us a link to a product from home depot for a temporary fix to vent INTO our home. I really appreciated his help and felt terrible about how much time he spent at the home, and losing two of his brush heads due to the builders shotty duct work."

"Victor was VERY responsive and knowledgeable of the work we needed. His communication was outstanding! From the initial phone call through scheduling the service and letting us know he was 30 minutes from arriving, Victor was very professional. Repair work included installation of a new fireplace gas valve as well as an access panel, which required cutting into the brick and mortar. Victor covered all the furniture and cleaned everything up very nicely and once all the work was completed, we couldn't tell he was even there ! We will DEFINITELY use Texas State Chimney & Vent again as well as highly recommend them to all our friends and family !!!"
