"I installed a replacement faucet in the bath but it was leaking slightly. Liberty offered to assist over the phone but I thought it was better to have him look at it personally. Made an appointment within 1 business day. Since he was a little late due to a prior appointment, he reduced the charge and made the repair quickly. I will use this firm in the future."
