He arrived in an hour and together in the rain we pulled drain covers and I removed 2 down spouts. Jorge ran the snake down 5 backyard drains, removing lots of roots and mud, It still did not resolve the problem, so Jorge had to dig up a large section of drain pipe and replaced the root clogged sections with new pipe. Jorge worked extremely hard, was very pleasent to deal with and his service was reasonably priced."
