"Just had over range microwave installed. Feel very lucky to have found Icon Electronics. When I called got a very friendly gentlemen who made the appointment to come and give estimate of the work, and if price agreed upon, work could be done same day. Really like that service. The two gentlemen who installed the microwave were the most professional that I have come in contact with. They listened to my concerns, answered all questions, actually knew what they were doing, did the work within reasonable time period, and to top it off were very pleasant. Great job, will definitely use this company for all my electrical jobs and will refer them to others. They go above and beyond and deserving of the 5 star rating. Finding a company that has old fashioned customer service is very rare. Thank you Icon !"

"I have worked with other pros for similar flooring projects. Alex was faster than other installations in the past, but the project took 5 days instead of 3. The presentation at the end was good in terms of lines being straight and flooring was sturdy. In the future I would caution that the clean-up took me two days. They cut the tile inside my home, which caused a ton of left over dust in our lungs. The left over grout was hard to clean off of the tile, we had to sweep, scrub and mop three times. Overall the experience was a B-, I guess you get what you pay for. I ended up paying $2.50 per square feet for tile installation. The demo, closet and baseboard reinstallation were separate additional fees."
