"Looking for someone to rake a lot of leaves at elderly parents. Did a quick google search, Eastyns popped up, left a message and they called me within minutes. Set up same day appointment for them to look at yard and provide a quote. They did much more, trimmed bushes, cleaned gutters and hauled the leaves away. Staff showed up with 30 minutes after I okayed the work and three guys took less the 2 hours to do every thing. They were professional, courteous, and kind. They encouraged me to look around to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. It certainly was. The owner checked back several times. "First, I do not think I could have had better service from any company. Andrew came to my house and had to remove masses of dead (honeysuckle) wood from an 80 ft long tree line + take out one half dead tree and remove another tree, already dead. He and his crew had this done in a day and a half, completely cleaned up the yard and fence line, so that the curb appeal of the house was greatly improved. He was on the job on the date agreed upon, only two days after I called him. Andrew himself was courteous and service oriented. His crew was professional, efficient, and thorough in the work they were asked to perform. While I was talking to Andrew I mentioned the house gutters and asked if he knew of anyone who performed a gutter cleaning service. He told me that he had a crew to do this, both to clean and power flush the gutters around the house. His price was less than half what another contractor had asked and he and his crew performed the gutter cleaning and flushing effectively and completely the day after the lawn clean-up. Andrew and his work were perfect and the job (both the debris removal and gutter cleaning/flushing) cost far less than other contractors I had pursued. This company is GREAT; dependable, low cost, and professional at work. I could not have been more satisfied by the service, time and cost of their work. Go for these guys, don't miss out, they are probably the best deal in town!"

"When someone comes to you with a much lower bid than anyone else, you tend to get cold feet, you think "you get what you pay for". Well, it was not the case here. This was an extremely complicated job because this tree was huge, with branches over my home and garage and electric wire in 3 different areas around this tree. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard to get the job done in a safe manner, every branch was slowly lowered to the ground, nothing slammed into the roofs of either structure. After the work was completed, they spent a long time cleaning the area up, you hardly knew I had a tree cut in the yard. They did a fantastic job."

"L & L Lands, LLC crew had more equipment than I expected for the job. The Bobcat and Backhoe had rubber tracks, so it would not damage the lawn. My trees required expertise removal to avoid damaging fences, roofs, and shed. The crew has expertise in different areas of tree service and it was quite noticeable as they guided trees and large branches safely to the ground. The crew was professional, respectful, focused, and cleaned up immediately as they finished cutting down trees and branches as well as chipped the smaller branches. They hauled away the larger branches from my yard and my neighbors' yards. The day they came to do the job, it was in 90's. The crew remained hydrated and completed the job and clean-up (all yards) in 3.5 hours. My neighbors and I are pleased with the clean-up and tree service. I've receive so many compliments on my trees since the job. Excellent job! Thank you Lucas and crew!!!"
