We had contacted 3 different companies and not only did Monster have the best price they were the quickest at getting a quote to us. We originally were scheduled with their southwest office for Sept. 1. They reached out to their north Denver office who come out 2 weeks soon to get the job done. They had both crews 2 & 3 at my house all day working on removing the tree. The did an awesome job. Not only were they polite but did a great job cleaning up all the debris from the removal. They even had someone from there company come out and talk to our neighbor about needing access to remove the portion that was hanging over their yard. I will definitely use their services again."

"We requesting bids online to remove a large dense area of poison ivy. Patrick responded within 10 minutes of submitting our request and he arrived within 45 minutes to provide a quote. He and Jose were eager to start the job on the spot so we gave them the job. Jose did most of the work and had the entire area cleared, including the roots, in about five hours. He called out an army of help to clean and remove all of the tree debris from my yard. They worked for at least 7 hours or longer. Very hard working people. He had 1 coworker with him and they completed the job in about half a day (trim 4 medium trees, trim 4 bushes, remove 5 bushes/tall grass). "My project was more complex than most installs, as it involved removing carpeting and the 100-year-old wood floors that were destroyed by the previous owner of my home, leveling out support beams that were causing bowing, installing new subfloor as none previously existed, and then finally installing new wood floors and trim. I initially called IFloor and spoke to Jeno about an on-site quote. He promptly scheduled a time at my convenience. He arrived on time, we discussed the scope of the project, my concerns, and the overall aesthetic I hoped to achieve with new floors, I asked his opinion about different woods, finished and plank widths. He then took measurements, gave me the quote and explained that everything except the wood flooring itself was included, as I had not decided on flooring yet and the cost varies by species. He also informed me that because he does a large amount of purchasing through lumber liquidators that he could receive a discount there if needed, and recommended a place on the far eastside for high-quality custom finishes. I requested a quote from another company to compare and quickly realized how competitive Jeno's pricing was, especially considering the scope of the project. The other installation quote was several thousand dollars more, and the company said Id have to contract someone else to remove the wood floors because they don't do removal or repairs, just install (seriously?). Once I selected and ordered Tigerwood flooring and it shipped we scheduled installation time to last 3 days. As Jeno and his crew worked a few issues came up because of the age of my house, he assessed them and provided solutions for the best fix to maintain quality and aesthetic appeal. When I came home on the last day of the project, I was blown away at how good they looked. He did an excellent job, and I'm confident that these floors are going to be what re-sells my house one day. There were several small items that ended up being replaced including the baseboards, IFloor didn't nickel and dime me for all of the minor issues that came up during install, which was a concern of mine going into the project. I will hire Jeno and IFloor to refinish 2nd floor in the Spring and am confident they will turn out just as nice. I'd recommend this company to anyone that needs floor replacement or installation."
