Comment: Pipe repair in my bathroom bottom floor condo was recently completed by plumbers. The bathroom was tiled with stone tiles and the plumbers had to 1st remove the toilet, then jackhammer out 4 tiles to access below the foundation to replace/repair the broken pipe. Afterwards, the plumbers refilled/leveled the hole in the foundation with concrete.
During this process 4 tiles had to be removed around the toilet for pipe repair.
So at this stage the tiles from the floor that were removed and discarded need to be tiled again so that they are level with the rest of the remaining tiled floor. I already have plenty of extra tiles that match the rest of the floor tiles for the job.
Two of the 4 tiles that were removed still have old tile cement remaining on the floor that will 1st need to be removed so that the new tiles fit flush & level with the rest of the bathroom floor tiles. Also, two of the tiles fit around the toilet outlet drain pipe. Those 2 tiles will need to be cut so that they fit around the toilet drain.
This is not a large tiling project with only 4 tiles to replace. However, the hard part will be leveling the 4 tiles neatly to match the level of the rest of the bathroom tiles.
