The company says it all. Above and Beyond is what you receive. Keoni the plumber arrived on time, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was efficient, fixed the leak, and cleaned up after. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Above and Beyond 865-643-8834 to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Professional, on time, kept informed of what he was doing, friendly, good clean-up. He was called for a different problem, but found this problem as he was researching the one called for. This needed immediate attention, so it took priority. Prices a little high. I would like to have the options written so I can look at them and consider them for a day or two - evidently the company doesn't allow that, so I had to take notes and make decision based on that. I've always had estimates written out to compare what would be done and pricing. Just had an addition to house with 6 estimates, so I think this is common practice. The company needs to adjust "proprietary" information so it can be given to the customer. This is my major complaint - well, the expense, too. I will be getting other estimates for the other work, but will also consider this company as I think they did a good job. Keoni is coming back in a week to double check a standing water issue and this wasn't in the original estimate. I think he did a thorough check of plumbing, unlike another company I called. I would recommend.

He came on very short notice to fix an annoying problem When finished he asked if there was anything else he could look at , which he did. Overall, he did a great job.

Keoni is Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was working on my neighbors plumbing and I had a plumbing leak that they took the time to pause and fix for me. That is truly Above and Beyond! I would recommend this company and will use them in the future.
