Very Professional. The problem was the reset button which I didn't know was there. They checked the spa and pool. They were very prompt in their response. They also didn't try to sell me anything. Just paid $50 service fee which I thought was reasonable since I didn't need any work done

work has not begun at the time of this writing, not ready to rate yet, but so far very informative and effective

They came out the same day I called when other local stores would not. They did the work professionally and at a reasonable price. I had a very good overall experience with this company. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to other people.

Handling a difficult situation with our difficult tenants, they were professional, patient and did a great job for us fixing our hot tub. I would recommend them and they will be the first people we call if we have future hot tub/jacuzzi or spa problems. They were very reasonably priced, considering the previous person charged us $250 to tinker with it and left it in a worse state - highly recommend.
