"After a handful of quotes, AE&I was the best-priced option. Little did I know we were also picking the best customer service option for the most inexpensive option. This company was reasonable beyond any other companies I've done business with. Here are some of the things that amazed me: 1.) The owner of the company responded to my texts directly and promptly. This is not a huge company where I got buried with other customers. 2.) The owner gave a discount simply for putting a sign up in the yard. 3.) The owner split some of the financing cost, AFTER I had already agreed to pay it. Meaning there was ZERO reason for him to do it... he just did. I cannot think of a single company that does this. I will without a doubt use this company again if what I need falls within the scope of their company. 4.) The owner was understanding of logistics of payments (paychecks coming on certain days, tight months, etc.) 5.) The roof was completed in two 12-hour days. The roofers were professional and even allowed my 5-year old son see some of the equipment they use after he expressed an interest (safely of course!) 6.) The owner continued giving discounts for small reasons throughout the entirety of the process... AND AFTER (100$ off for posting on social media/reviews/etc.) I cannot say enough great things about this company, the owner, and his employees. Incredible work!"

"My new-to-me home built in 1947 was 95 degrees in the walk-up attic in the summer! It made downstairs hot, too. I just couldn't stand it any more. If you put your hand on the ceiling, it was amazingly hot. A friend suggested just nailing some foam boards onto the underside of the roof, but I thought there has to be a better solution. I did research, saw the blown-in insulation, and had Josh Lowe out to give me a proposal. It ended up spray foam was the better solution. Since his company installs spray foam AND blown-in cellulose, I thought he was truly telling me the better solution, rather than just selling me on one thing. Glad I chose them for spray foam, and my home is easier to live in now!"

"Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
