Great response time, super friendly and caring staff, open and upfront communication
Master craftsman. the shelving fit perfectly. Every thing to our satisfaction. Will have them work for us again.
They did an exceptional job. Paid attention to detail and cleaned up afterwards. Friendly but professional. I will use them again!
Ninja Builders enclosed our back patio and did just what we asked of them. My husband was a builder for 40+ years prior to retirement and we understood exactly each step that Ninja Builders did in enclosing our patio. They used the best materials and fantastic labor/subcontractors. We have been extremely pleased with the job they did and also some of the follow up that needed to be addressed. A very professional contractor in all ways.
Came over and Did what they said they would done. Great Quality.
SavOn/Ivan came out immediately and tested the area in question. I had mold in my dining room ceiling, not airborne thank God; but mold none the less needing remediation. SavOn completed the remediation in about 4 days and were very thorough, professional and attentive. Taylor in the office and Ivan in the field provided excellent service. SavOn was a little pricey but not as astronomical as the other companies. My project is not yet completed due to a lack of funds on my part but the cosmetic repairs will be completed soon and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Angel A
Elite building systems was extremely professional and prompt. They did a fantastic job on my remodel and in a very timely manner. They even took extra time to clean up to the point it was better than they left it. I worked directly with the owner and and was impressed at his straight forward no nonsense approach. I would certainly use them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone.
Talk about perfection! Lisa was exceptionally prompt in responding to my request for a quote and Jay and his partner far exceeded my expectations. It was several jobs in one: they panted a difficult cathedral ceiling and walls, a bedroom ceiling and exterior painting on eves, the underside of a carport, a shed and window frames. I couldn't be happier with their fabulous work.
Ivan and crew performed new stucco and stucco repair work on our house, pool house, perimeter wall, and barn. Work quality exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed during periods of weather delays. Ivan and his crew was attentive to my project concerns. Final job site cleanup was excellent! Ivan and crew did an exceptional job, and I would use them again for future masonry repairs.

There are several types and styles of vinyl siding available for homes. A few of the most popular are clapboard, board and batten, and vinyl shingles. Some less common but unique types include scalloped and log-style. Each type of vinyl siding offers its own distinctive look, and comes with its own cost. Overall, any type of vinyl siding offers high durability with little maintenance.
House siding typically costs between $2 per square foot and $28 per square foot, depending on the siding material you choose. You'll pay less for a material like aluminum, which costs between $2 and $5 per square foot, while brick siding costs between $9 and $28 per square foot. Popular siding materials like engineered wood or vinyl siding costs between $3 and $12 per square foot. Another common siding material, fiber cement, starts at $5 per square foot. Nationally, the typical cost to install siding on an average-sized house is $10,750, with an average range of $5,400 to $16,000 for the material, labor, and site cleanup.
Vinyl siding can last anywhere from 20 to 60 years or more, depending on how well you clean and maintain it. With minimal maintenance, your vinyl siding could last on the lower end of the spectrum. But regularly washing and making repairs as-needed will extend your siding’s lifespan. Your particular climate also affects its longevity. For instance, vinyl siding in areas with a lot of blizzards or extremely hot temperatures typically won't last as long as it would in a more mild climate.
Yes, you can paint vinyl siding—and it often won't fade despite years of exposure to UV rays. You can paint vinyl siding as frequently as every two to five years, but if you live in a region with intense heat, humidity, or storms, you may need to repaint it more frequently.
Yes, it is possible to put siding over brick. However, most siding installation professionals recommend against putting siding over a brick exterior because of the texture of bricks. It’s challenging to properly install new siding over brick because brick isn’t smooth. Most contractors advise removing the original brick siding first before putting new siding on a home. It typically costs between $6 and $30 per square foot to install siding over brick. The price depends on factors like home size, type of new siding material, and whether the bricks need any prep work.
