Allen helped us out a couple of months ago when we had a problem with our furnace. He gave me a solution to our problem without a house visit or a charge. We had him come out last week to fix our furnace home humidifier. He cleaned the furnace and fixed the humidifier for a much MUCH lower cost than we anticipated. He is very professional and we would not hesitate to recommend Allen or use him again.

Responded promptly. I had a short deadline to get this work done and Al went out of his way to make sure to fit me into his schedule to accomplish this. Very pleasant , personable, and definitely professional. He showed me the work he did and explained everything to me. His pricing was very reasonable. He cleaned up beautifully when his work was done and went over and above what I had contracted him to do. I most definitely will be hiring Al again and highly recommend him.

WOW ... While others quoted as high as $175 and said would take a couple of days, Alan helped me over the phone for free; he describe what i needed to buy and how to effect repair ... sent him a picture of my finished fix as a double check ....

Alan came to my house to install a humidifier at the end of December 2013. After the install, my central A/C started. He disconnected the wire to my A/C and stated that I would need a new thermostat and that he would call me to complete the install. He never called. I made the mistake of paying him for his services in cash and he did not provide a receipt. On 3/11/14, the pilot of my furnace went out. We started it and noticed a burn mark on the inside of the panel by the wiring. Called another vendor and we needed to replace our furnace. Not recommended by me.
