"Travis came out on a Monday and gave me a bid to replace the glass in 8 panes of windows. The price was actually lower than I expected. He said that he would place the order for the double paned glass and get back to me on Thursday to let me know if the glass would be ready for installation on Friday. He called me back to inform me that the glass was ready to install on Friday. They came by, on time, and installed the glass as promised. They were also extra careful when inside the house because my carpet is a very light color. They did not leave a mess behind and were done in about 2 hours. Very professional."
