This window company is extremely unprofessional and only wants to take your money. I financed and paid off my window purchase of $20K, shortly after they installed 28 windows and they do no have the decency to return my calls to fix such a small problem they created. They do not care about customer service or the quality of the service they provide or quality of their product. I have been waiting for them to repair or replace my window that they installed broken for over 6 months (all new windows installed in July 2022) and I cannot get them to come out and correct the problem. It is a simple fix but they refuse to take care of it in a timely manner and I am still waiting to hear back from them. My window have been broken for months and they are not interested in taking care of their mistake in a responsible or orderly fashion like most reputable companies.

These people will not refund my money $5,350. I canceled the contract with them on April 13, 2022 because of breach of contract on their part. I am 80 years old and disabled. These type of companies prey on the elderly and disabled. They had my money for 7 months and never made 1 window. I will be contacting Channel 5 investigative reporter.

Terrible contractor. Just do not do it with this guys. I wonder why Angi recommend this company. They took the money and do least and no contact. I gave up my project with unfinished windows and doors.

No contact they take your money and tell you itâ s going to be 12 to 18 months before your windows are made and then nothing. No contact of any sort.

He did a great job installing my windows. I could not be happier with the product.

I had to wait a while for the windows to get in, but I have to say the job was well done. They were very professional and efficient. I am extremely. happy with the job they did.

This has been the worst home project we have ever done. We started the project in December of 2020 and were given a two-month timeline. The project is still not complete because of errors in install and ordering. They will say whatever it takes to get the sale and while they are talking to you they will say they will do whatever it takes to get things right, but that has not been the case. They told us they would put their best install team on it, then we found out they needed to subcontract it out to a new team they had to onboard. That team damaged all of our interior trim even though when we were told about their process they said they would remove the windows from the exterior so the trim would not be damaged. They do not call to give you updates on timelines and will promise timelines only to miss them and then not call to explain whats going on. Do not work with them!

Very knowledgeable! Rafael gave a Great presentation! He has a wonderful and kind spirit. Presentation was straight to the point and gave all necessary information. Hope the install is as good as his sales pitch!!

Find someone else. Dont give them any money up front. Its bait and switch. Contract fraud. At contract signing I was told it would start in 2-3 weeks. At 4 weeks I started calling and never received any followup. I tried emailing the sales rep; his email came back as undeliverable. At 70 days they finally called after I left a negative review on Facebook. Im at 120 days now and no windows; just emails, phone calls with more promises. They are not trustworthy. They have made repeated threats of legal action against me. At 70 days they gave me the story that they were having material delays; 70 days after weekly attempts to contact them. Contract says they have to start install at 60 days unless material is delayed. They waited until 70 days to claim material delays and provided no evidence to substantiate that. Ive tried to get my money back for 50 days now. I have no confidence in anything they say and neither should you. I would give them zero stars but it wont let me.

Not impressed. I ordered 11 windows on Dec 3, 2020. Was told to expect delivery in 4-6 weeks. Nobody ever contacted me to alert me of any delay. After several attempts last week, finally got a call back on March 1, 2021. Was told they expect to have windows in their possession on March 30th. That's quite a bit longer than 4-6 weeks. Update as of June 30th, 2021. Windows were installed (mostly) in April. Workmanship was good, but two of the windows were the wrong size. So those had to be reordered. After several follow up calls by me, there is still no ETA on those two windows. The windows were supposed to come with screens and there also has been no word on when those will arrive. Going on nine months and counting. Nobody ever calls to update me unless I reach out to them.
