After fully understanding them, even though I could not find anything that matched everything, he found the exact door: Impact, half circle at the top with our house number etched (or painted, we went with etched) into in, that would accept our current home security system locking mechanism, that could handle direct sun from 10am-sundown in Florida, that was pre-painted white to match the trim of the house, and had a lever for the door handle (due to some disabilities). He found the perfect door and it is AWESOME! Not only that, he took into account my military service and disabilities in selecting the door and added some discounts that I didn't even ask for. He made the sales experience enjoyable!!!! I look forward to working with him and Morgan Exteriors on the window replacement when that project comes up on the list!!!"

"Arrived on time for the work that needed to be done on my sister's an brother in laws home here. They arrived on planned time an began work on the outer two walls to the laundry room on 10/8/18, which had wooded plank boards up for the longest time & were rotting away after several years of being up ~ Elson Exteriors repaired, replaced, installed installation, wood sheeting, plastic water barrier plastic, an finished the project with Vinyl Siding, plus they did an awesome job on the total soffit area around the house as well! Two Thumbs Up! Plus we're having them come back out to install a large/long garage type awning over the driveway for my sister's car & repair a window we had installed in the master bedroom a couple years back, which my brother in law made the mistake in hiring two handymen that weren't certified, plus they DIDN'T guarantee their work... So if you have work that needs to be done on your home Elson Exteriors, Inc are the ones ta call. PS. They also do exterior painting too..."

"I'm writing this review based on the customer service and sales tech experience. I have not had the window replaced yet but what I can tell you is that my initial experience with this company has been outstanding. I would like to add that most companies have a minimal of three windows to be installed before they do any work for you. This company is not that way if you have one window no matter the size they will replace it. Also they offer options for pricing and some companies have one set product. The window I am having replaced is a large opening with two windows and they were able to give me pricing for a large one window slider or replacing it exactly the same with two windows. The price point was a large difference between the two and that is something I appreciate having an option on price. Richard is the sales rep that I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, informative and accommodating on scheduling."

"Our 25 year old exterior stairs were in bad shape. Trouble was that we had just had the aluminum railing powder coated and wanted to be sure that the new stairs matched the old stairs so that the railing would fit the original layout with 3 different landings. Reel Construction built a very solid set of stairs and installed our railings as well - they fit perfectly. At the end of the project we needed to replace an aluminum railing bracket that was cracked and some of the railings still needed bolts. I had already paid and was a little bit worried that they would not come back out to complete the job. No worries, as soon as I had the replacement parts I let Jory know and he had his guys out in just a few days to complete everything. First rate construction firm - we highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire them again."

"Home Advisor recommended Bob after I did not hear back from two other recommended pros I contacted on my own. I needed to have all the screens replaced on my windows and patio, which is the project I initially hired Bob for. However, on our phone consult, I explained the numerous other small projects that I needed help with, and he took on all of them. The other projects were to install two chandeliers and a ceiling fan, and to repair where my aluminum patio's nails had rusted and it was no longer properly attached to the foundation. I also have a sliding door that hasn't been properly functional since we bought the house a year ago, and though it wasn't something I had discussed with him over the phone, he saw the need I had to repair it and I gladly accepted his offer! Bob did the patio screen install the day he came for the quote, as he keeps the materials on his truck. He took the window screens with him and even replaced the sun-damaged corners. It all looks amazing! The next visit he completed the remaining repairs, and I truly could not be happier!
