First and foremost, i would personally like to thank Erin from Flash Restore. Not only did she recommend this great company she is employed by, but she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep me in the loop of how this restoration was going to go for my 94 yr old WWII next door neighbor!!! These great technicians, Joe Greco and David Woodcox, did an AMAZING job for my neighbors home. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! They're professionalism, courtesy, and superior expertise, was nothing less that EXEMPLARY!!! Truly a great experience from this OUTSTANDING company!!! A+++++ and very grateful for Erin's assistance, when other companies i contacted did not compare to FLASH RESTORE!!!

I donÂ’t have much experience with this kind of thing but IÂ’ve heard terrible stories from my friends. But everyone at Flash that I worked with was wonderful. IÂ’m happy I chose them.

Ben, Ryan, and the rest of the team at Flash Restore did an excellent job on my mold removal project. They are an amazing company to deal with, they were *very* transparent about the process and scope of work, and provided a ton of documentation and communication along the way, even offering to handle the insurance claim process. When it came time to do the actual cleanup, they were very efficient. I'd highly recommend them if you run into any mold issues.

I felt these people were dishonest and were tying to take me for every cent I had. I felt like they tried to intimidate me to give them all my insurance money. They set up equipment to take out water in my walls and when I asked them to keep for the weekend they called the POLICE on me. They did a terrible job - two other companies saw their work and said my walls are still wet. DO NOT HIRE FLASH.
