The office staff were great and set up a date for the estimate. The estimator was on time and very knowledgeable about LREs product and service. I accepted the bid. The office was again great scheduling the job and keeping me informed. After one short delay due to July weather, the crew arrived. They were very well organized had the old driveway removed and the new forms set up, then a complete cleanup of the site including the street and yard and safety procedures. Awesome. They were friendly and pleasant and I was very impressed with their skills and attention to detail. In no time they were working all of the finish details. When it was set they pulled the forms cleaned up completely including washing the street down again, raking the grass and even resetting the landscaping stones around the walkway. "Our 25 year old exterior stairs were in bad shape. Trouble was that we had just had the aluminum railing powder coated and wanted to be sure that the new stairs matched the old stairs so that the railing would fit the original layout with 3 different landings. Reel Construction built a very solid set of stairs and installed our railings as well - they fit perfectly. At the end of the project we needed to replace an aluminum railing bracket that was cracked and some of the railings still needed bolts. I had already paid and was a little bit worried that they would not come back out to complete the job. No worries, as soon as I had the replacement parts I let Jory know and he had his guys out in just a few days to complete everything. First rate construction firm - we highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire them again."
