"Tim and crew did an amazing job on repairing our roof and siding. A large tree fell on our house and caused a lot of damage to the roof and siding, however insurance only authorized a repair instead of full replacement even the repair was complicated. Two other contractors declined to do the project because it was too complicated but Tim jumped in with no hesitation and they did the job and it looks great. Even with Covid supply chain issues preventing easy access to repair materials, Tim was able to work through multiple vendors to find the right materials to do the job, even though other companies told me it wasnâ t possible. Tim and his crew completed the job quickly and were very curtious and professional. They showed up on time and provided lots of updates throughout the process. They left with everything cleaned up. Big thank you to Matics roofing for getting our house back to condition before the tree damage."

"We are really happy with the sliding glass door that we got. We needed a new door for our newly purchased home because the one there was not installed properly and did not have a functioning lock. I was able to choose the doors I liked with the blinds between the glass panels. They had someone come out and measure placed the order and installed in a very reasonable amount of time and at a great price. As for the quality, it was better than we expected. When we go to get our new siding and roof I will be calling Nick at Semper Fi because I know that I will be receiving the best in customer service and product."

He dismantled our old fence and brought in the new wood on the first day, and the next day did the rest of the fence. He listened to me and met my expectations. Over all, a great experience. His comapny does a lot of services, and I will be looking to hire him again in the future."

"Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."

"Exterior Max did a phenomenal job with our projects. We literally had 16 window installation companies come out and do the â dog & ponyâ window demonstration, but for whatever reason we had not landed on a specific company. On the day we met with Adam Shaikh, from Exterior Max, we had two earlier consultations. It was rainy and late in the evening, Adam called prior to arriving and we were considering canceling. One of the prior companiesâ offer sounded competitive for the window portion of our project, and after so many window companies demo we had considered just revisit the sliding glass doors at another point. Adam persuaded us to keep the appointment. He said give me a chance I'll make it worth your while. He was right, his catalog was more robust, his product knowledge was immense, and he fully understood exactly the vision that we had for our renovation plans. COVID impacted most industries across the board and most of the vendor weâ d met with gave us an extended installation window of 4month, not Exterior Max there timetable was steady at 4-6 weeks. I am beyond elated with the service, products and pricing that Exterior Max offers. On our initial project we replaced 30 Casement windows and three sliding glass doors. They did such an amazing job we used them immediately for our roof and gutter replacement project. Looking forward to doing our siding with Exterior Max in the very near future."

"It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. We are happy to have had the good fortune to be connected to Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction by Service Magic."
