"Mike was on time. He was very professional and very warm. He took great care when cleaning my upholstered furniture and did and excellent job. Nothing was VERY wet and I was able to siit on the furniture in about 2/12 hours. The carpet is shinnning! He saw the few spots I had tried (in vain) to remove and REMOVED them! YEAH!!
