Karl is really nice guy but work is not top notch

Karl's proposal for our project (installing one exterior door off the garage and 2 interior french doors) had one of the lowest bids (although his bid included repairing the frame of the exterior door, as opposed to installing a new frame). Initially, Karl advised that he had plans for the weekend which prohibited him from installing the doors until after Thanksgiving, and after we offered a small increase in the fee, he agreed to give up his Saturday for us, which we greatly appreciated. Karl did a very good job installing the doors. There is no room to write more, and there is more to tell.

Karl did a great job. He contacted me quickly and set up an appointment to provide a price quote. He was on time and when we selected him, he was able to schedule the job quickly. He completed the job on time, within budget, and the quality of his work was excellent. We will hire him again for future projects.

He answered the service call on the same day it was called in which we appreciated and did the necessary repair to our blind which had fallen down.
