"I hired this company to wash the front and back of my 3-level townhouse and my second story deck made of composite wood. They did an excellent job, They were professional, efficient, and tidy. My house and deck both look great! I would definitely hire them again. My only complaint (and the reason for the 1/2 star off) was that they were scheduled to come to me between 12n and 2PM. They arrived bright and early at 8AM. I was not at home but was able to get home quickly to see to them. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email or phone call the day before, so not sure what happened. I just glad I was able to salvage the appointment. Other than that, I highly recommend this company."

"The Next Level technician was professional and well-versed in sprinkler repair, design and installation. I had much hard scraping done by another company which required a redesign of the sprinkler system in several zones, and in one case, removal and replacement of an area of brick pavers to repair an underlying leak. At the end of each day, the Next Level technician cleaned up such that it wasn't noticeable that he was even there. The new design provides excellent water coverage. Pricing is fair and more than competitive. I also use Next Level to winterize my system in the Fall and turn it back on in the Spring. Highly recommend!"

"I strongly recommend MCI Contractors for any garden work you need. I have had 5 contractors work on my homes each for 3 to 7 day contracts. By far, MCI Contractors was the best experience. There are several reasons why. First, the contractor (Max) and his crew were extremely easy to work with. When I had any questions, they immediately answered them. When I disagreed with an approach they were taking, they always said "Sir, whatever you want." None of the other 4 contractors said anything like that to me. Second, Max and his subcontractors are very diligent and timely. Even though I did not ask them to do this, they started working on Memorial Day!!! Every other contractor I worked with would always look for an excuse to delay the start of their work. Third, Max and his crew exceeded my expectations. I simply wanted my backyard garden transformed from (honestly) a weed garden to a patio with stone pavers. Before Max and his crew started their work, my backyard garden was the worst in the neighborhood. Now it is the best! I did not not anticipate this at all. It is all because Max wanted to do the best quality work for my family!"
