Tina and her company were hired to paint our house. She showed up on time and gave us a quote for the project; she was professional and very confident. Her manager estimated to complete the job in less than a week. After three weeks we were notified that the job is completed. During the inspection I noticed multiple paint spillages around the work area, brush strokes, uneven areas of paint, streaks, and blemishes. I was told that someone will come and finish the job because â they never walk away from the jobâ . Multiple phone calls and emails later they finally admitted that the job was done poorly and promised to paint the walls and the ceilings again. Two weeks later they put another coat of paint, however they left multiple dried paint drippings all over the place, including our newly installed floors. In the light construction will cost you time, money and possibly your sanity. Do not waste your money. I have no idea how the company is still in business. Tina and her team rewired my kitchen to put in my new appliances. She put in new bedrock, baring wall, and surrounding wall for my new tub. Tina and her team removed the remaining hardware for the old iron stove. Then went up on the roof to cut it off and replaced part of the ceiling. Her team painted, put in new doors and new carpet. Tina and her team went above and beyond to help me with my condo. I am so grateful. Anyone who uses In The Light Construction Management are lucky to have someone who is up front on the labor and price. You will not find that with any other Construction Company."

"Excellent customer service! I called because my roof was leaking. They came out the same day and Ben gave us an estimate for the roof. They prioritized our roof, ordered the materials and replaced my roof in less then two weeks. The crew was very hard working and extremely fast. They worked from early in the morning to when it got dark,. They left my yard very clean. I highly recommend this company!!"

"I had never done a renovation before and I spoke with about 10 potential contractors. I was a little hesitant about going with a bigger company, as I was afraid of being treated impersonally and being overcharged. I met with Sean and he actually took some time to learn a little about me as a person in addition to understanding my plans for my project. The price he quoted was very fair, and while I opted to make a lot of purchases on my own to stay within budget, my project was still treated as if it was just as important as a bigger job."

"I was very happy with Hart's Plumbing. I had a clogged drain and they had someone out here the same day. The very friendly and knowledgeable young man who came and fixed it was great and my sink was fixed immediately. He offered to set me up with a check of my systems at no charge so had them come back for that as well. A different friendly professional came out to do that and I had a great experience that time around as well. No hard sell at any time, just a thorough inspection in which a couple problems were found and a bid presented to me...again, absolutely no hard sell! Besides the fact that they were professional personable and knowledgeable and fixed my clog, there were two things that I especially appreciate about thjs company. #1: Not only did they let you know what time to expect the service provider; they also called that day to let me know what time to expect him and he called me himself once he was on the way but they sent me an email introducing him and provided a photo of who would be showing up at my door!!! As a single female I really, really appreciated that caution. I also appreciate that they followed up the visit with further contacts to make sure I was satisfied. And the inspection was completely free and very thorough. I could not ask for more. The next time I need a plumber, Hart's Plumbing is the number now in my Rolodex."

His team was available to start the job the same day! Once the job was negotiated and accepted, David and his team came out and finished the job in one day. "On time and on budget- Surprised that's not part of the rating system here! My husband and I are elated with the work Palm did for us. I've always been a skeptical person, and when it comes to hiring someone to do work in my personal space, I also become apprehensive. So It was a massive relief to meet with Yonatan. He is convivial and highly competent in his craft. He listened to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, gave us a quote, a timeline, ensured we bought the right materials, and was in constant communication with us. The oversight and execution on this project was seamless. The scope of work entailed tearing out a shower, old vanity, demoing walls and floors, removing and replacing toilets, wiring, painting, tiling walls and floors, putting pocket shelves in, installing lights and hardware - in TWO weeks (a powder room and main bathroom). In the middle of it, we asked if the guys could paint the interior of our loft as well. The obvious answer was 'yes', but the surprise was that it made no difference to two-week time frame. Having made ourselves scarce for that time, when we got back, Yonatan met us at our place, gleaming with pride. He walked us through all the work we had agreed to and called out very small things his crew did in the few days following. Did I already say we are elated with the outcomes? The place is amazing and feels new again!"

I can't believe the amount of work they got done in a short period of time. And as for water in my basement - it has totally been taken care of with the system they installed. "Jeremy did a great job of installing a new pump into my very old toilet. He was efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. He quoted me a price before starting the job. He arrived within the time frame that he was set to arrive. I am feeling incredibly relieved today, because for the last three month three plumbers from a different company come to my home and did minimal work on the toilet but charged me lots of money. One of them when he saw the toilet, just scratch his head and said he never worked on a toilet like this one, then took a picture of it and left.
