No homeowner can wish for anything more than Max, our project manager, did for us - diligent, fast, responsible, at times he had up to 3 crews working on site simultaneously, perfectly coordinated. Yes, there were issues discovered, we did some changes and adjustments along the way - it can't go too smoothly if you are gutting and restoring a 40 years old house. To be honest, having had some previous experience with home renovations and general contractors, we did manage our expectations in the beginning - it's no secret how these projects can turn into nightmare with no light at the end of the tunnel. Well, not this time. We had our old 1975 no-particular-style house turned into a beautiful countryside cottage with the best curb appeal in the neighborhood:-) Just a tip: be vocal about what it is that you want, don't assume - your contractor isn't a mind-reader, be specific about what you are looking for and Eminent will make it happen."

"This was an outstanding experience! The supervisory personnel were outstanding. We had extensive cumulative termite damage to the wooden infrastructure of our roof and attic. Although we had had numerous termitings, with subsequent re-tarrings, no one had ever mentioned the gradually increasing structural termite damage, probably because they were not qualified to repair it. Reliable Roofing correctly diagnosed the problem, and explained it clearly, as well as their proposed course of action. The workers were also very experienced at what they were doing. Now, with previous bolting and boarding of our building's foundation,we now feel much more prepared to withstand serious damage in upcoming earthquakes. It was worth every penny of the cost.
