"Julio and Carlos installed metal hand rails on my new stone porch. They did a fabulous job, with obvious pride in their work. They were to install at 8 am but it was raining so Julio called to say they would do it at 1pm. They were on time, very courteous, knowledgeable of their work, did an excellent job, and did a great job of cleaning up. My electricity was off because of an accident on the Main Street. I was impressed as I thought they would leave and reschedule. No problem, they used their own generator on their trailer. This company gets all the praise for a job well done, good product, on time, replacement of my plants on the porch, and fastidious clean-up. I wanted to use my AmEx card which was no problem. "I hired Legendary after getting 4 estimates for a list of items I needed done. Allen came in and offered a plan, not just an estimate. I really appreciated Allen taking the time to explain not only what he would do but why. He listened to my wants and concerns, offered his professional opinions, and we ultimately came up with not only what I wanted but what we needed. For example: We had problem with a muddy side yard whenever it rained. We wanted a stone walkway. Allen explained just putting the walkway there would not solve the problem and a french drain was needed. He was able to tie it in with the existing drainage we have. My wife wanted new foundation plants/shrubs. Allen made suggestions. At the same time my wife and I looked at some of the recently built homes around and really liked some of the plants used. We got with Allen shared a list of what we liked and he came up with a plan without adding to the cost. In the end, we ended up asking Allen to do more items on the list because we were very impressed with the quality of work and the estimates he gave us. We intend to continue to hire the company for the remaining items on the list. We are truly satisfied with everything Allen and his team have done."

"I learned a lot on this driveway replacement. First, I am very satisfied with the price that we paid, $6K less than the next highest quote. I learned from the web to require 4,000 lb. concrete instead of 3,000' which did add a small premium. The contract process was a bit painful, it took several messages to finally get the document delivered and signed. I must compliment Arc Construction on completing the rather large project in only 3 days, as stated in the contract and they started on the exact day that was originally discussed. The driveway is long, uphill and curved so it was not a small job at all. The only negative was the final cleanup. There was a 3-5 inch gap at the side of the new concrete after the forms were removed. I spent about 6 hours filling in the gap with gravel. But, overall, the new driveway looks great and we are extremely happy to not see the old cracked stretch of concrete any longer. I would hire them again, in fact one of my neighbors is now talking to them about replacing their driveway."

"Alex fixed a drainage that we were having near our patio by installing a French drain and catch basin. No more mud puddling after rains!! A week later, we asked if he could come back and install some shade resistant Bermuda where the mud puddles had destroyed our lawn. The sod he put in is top notch and fresh. We also added pine straw, a few pavers by the gate, and some egg rock where the grass just never grows. Alex was awesome to work with.
