He called me the same day, I submitted my request for service, and we set up an appointment. They drove to my house, inspected my repair project, and gave me what I though was fair quote. My two biggest complaints were that they do not accept credit cards and that the local delivery truck had scheduling issues and the cabinets were left in a warehouse for a week, while my remodel waited for delivery. Do not expect a full service sales and customer service department, but for the price they can not be beat. Overall I am satisfied with my buying experience at Buy Cabinets."
