- Md ConcreteWe hired Md Concrete to do our front walkway and back patio. Right from the get-go they were wonderful communicators. Other concrete companies I'd contacted either didn't return my calls, said they would show up for a consultation and then were no-shows, or didn't respond for over a month. Md Concrete called me back the same day I contacted them. They came out to give a consultation quickly and got back to us with a quote within a few days. During our deck building they came out to help consult with the deck builder on where the stairs should end so they could get their concrete in the correct spot. They kept us up to date on when they would be out to prep the areas, when they would be here to pour, and what to do afterwards to ensure the poured concrete stayed nice. We were very happy with their company, their work, and especially their communication skills. We highly recommend them and will use them again if we ever have any concrete needs
- Patio Door GuysThese two amazing guys came into my home and fixed a issues with a patio door that had been leaking for more than 10 years. We kept trying to fix the issues ourselves. The last time we tried fixing it we saw the wood rot under the patio door that was going out to our deck. We had 5 contractors bid. We hired Tom and he had Randy work with him. We were scared what he might find! Tom explained everything step by step. They worked tirelessly from 7:00-12:00p in the hot sun and humidity. They installed the new patio door and fixed the ledger board and other rotted wood. When he left it appeared as if he had never been there! He charged a fair price that blew his competition away. I was impressed with my new patio door and felt totally sure we had insured a safer deck! Thank you Tom and Randy you made a miserable situation go away
- CROSSTOWN CONCRETE & BRICK PAVING INCCould not be happier with our new patio! Greg and his team provided stellar service from the beginning to end of this project. Greg was especially great in giving us a range of smart design options. We have a sloped yard, and opted to add a bench/retaining wall at Greg’s suggestion – so pleased with that choice, which affords extra seating, nicely complements the patio and makes for a lovely looking backyard oasis. Our job was scheduled promptly, crew was excellent, the job finished ahead of time and clean-up was impeccable. Our only regret was not doing this improvement sooner! Would highly recommend Greg and we will definitely call him for our next outdoor project

"The team at L&R suburban landscaping exceeded all our expectations. They were on time, professional, and did an amazing job of redoing the terraces in our backyard. But the part that impressed us the most was the team themselves, and the fact that they truly went above and beyond. "Very well. Communication excellent (extensive and detailed by Tom Sirek owner). Add-on projects sorted put and priced fairly. Workers on task and conscientious (David and crew). Follow through good. Job completed mid June 2020 and a few plants have needed replacement which was done ( I anticipate a few more will need replacement but will wait until spring as confident Tom will take care of everything). This was a $60K plus job which was well worth the price. Would use again and recommend to others.
