"We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. Tom from ENVIROWORLD USA showed up, COVID mask & gloves prepared, early in the morning after literally there was no heat overnight because the home furnace decided it needed a vacation! Couldn’t believe it... Tom was right on time with a text before hand, had a plan of what he was going to do after assessing the home furnace’s temper tantrum. Tom’s knowledge, experience and passion were quite obvious in his conversation ...?faithful furnace? just needed some extra love & attention. Specifically starting with a brand new computer board. (Internal cleaning and some duct work attention also appreciated) Mr. Furnace had a little tune up and again, back in service. "The large amount of 5 star reviews don’t lie! We got an accepted home purchase offer on a Saturday night and requested a home inspection for Monday morning. By the Sunday morning we had gotten confirmation we were scheduled for the next day, received payment request, and any other information we needed. Sunday evening our inspector Jim texted me to see if we had any questions or specific non-routine things we wanted him to take a look at. When we met him Monday morning to walk through the house with him we were blown away at how knowledgeable and confident he was about pretty much every aspect of the house. He was immediately willing to admit anything he didn’t have expertise on and for those things he recommended having a more specialized company come do an analysis for us. I really appreciate people being honest when they aren’t certain about something instead of bluffing. We had our inspection report emailed to us the evening of the same day the inspection was done which was very appreciated due to our short inspection window. I have full confidence Jim would be willing to explain or talk us through understanding anything on the report. The report itself is beautifully designed and laid out, included many images, and also includes a ton of helpful links to education articles about various issues/maintenance items that were found in our inspection. "Chris did a great job with our home inspection and radon test, and I would highly recommend him. We had a tight deadline to get our inspection completed, and Chris was flexible and was able to schedule and complete our inspection promptly. We are first time home buyers, and Chris spent extra time walking me through all areas inside and outside the house, pointing out all issues and explaining the implications and recommended remedies. "I had a different plumber come out initially and they determined there was a break in the sewer line somewhere. I decided to go with a different company to dig up our yard and they had Brad come out from SOS. Turns out we didn’t have a break in our sewer, just some roots in the line he cleared rather easily. Brad was able to run his line all the way to the street and confirmed the pipe looked good the entire way with a camera. I will definitely be calling him first for any future issues.show more

"Good! I was a bit disappointed that I was billed for a full 2 hour segment when the assessment only took 20 minutes.
