"I recenlty turned on my AC and soon realized cold air was not coming out. Having been through this before I was not looking forward to calling someone out to take a look. She had us scheduled within a week and that was only due to the weather (they prefer a warm day to test the AC). The technician, John, arrived on-time and was great. After i gave him a brief rundown of the issue as i saw it he went to work and diagnosed the problem. Now this is what i like, he gave multiple options and discussed the pros/cons of each one. I asked for a quote with different equipment options and had and email within a few hours. We were able to review the quotes, do our own research and make a decision that very day. We were even able to call John and ask questions before making our descision. We didn't have to wait days for an outrageous quote for some of those big-time national companies! The quote and approval process was completely online and Kat keeps you well informed. We had our new unit installed today...less than 7 days after I initially called them. The price was great, the service was outstanding and the install timeframe was amazing! If you are looking for a simple service or a whole new system install, I highly recommend AES!"
