He was professional and took great care in prepping the painting projects which included some patching, sanding and drywall repair. We were surprised to hear that he could paint our old bathroom tile (1950's) and our ugly kitchen cupboards too. What a transformation. The finished painting jobs gave the house an amazing facelift. Since we were preparing our house to sell we asked him to replace the original tile ceiling in our basement and then recessed lighting was added.
