"Hiring a contractor is challenging. We've all heard about or had nightmare experiences with one at some point in time. When I came to HomeAdvisor looking for a contractor, I received three potential contractors in my area and I reached out to all of them requesting a bid. Ark Remodeling Services was the only contractor who wanted to meet with me in person. Roberto Rodriguez is the owner and it was great to meet him and the story of how he came to Houston was very impressive. Our initial consultation with Roberto was for the remodeling of our guest bathroom and our powder room. However, we were so impressed with Roberto and his crew and the quality of their work that we kept asking him to bid on other jobs in our home. We also tasked him and his crew with remodeling our staircase and putting in new flooring in our master bathroom. A good contractor is worth their weight in gold. "Highest integrity and attention to detail. This is a quality, professional painting company with all the skills and equipment to do the job right. They donâ t cut corners, and when my white-to-navy blue cabinets needed an extra step because of the drastic hue difference, they came back promptly and did it for free. It looks fantastic 18 months later, and I use my kitchen hard, all day long. I also had smooth plaster applied to ugly textured walls which is virtually imperceptible, and the entire 900 sf painted including the ceilings: no overspray, they covered the ceiling fans, windows and hardware properly, Fair prices and polite, experienced workers. I wouldnâ t dream of hiring another painter in Houston."
