"I have called Mr. Lopez for help with several projects and he always quotes a project for repair if possible and then goes to replacement if a reasonable fix is not an option. In this case, he replaced my garbage disposal unit with a new one, cleaned out my dryer vents to the outer wall, and then verified I have good insulation in my attic but that a cooling fan would not work up there related to my HOA rules. "Kate did an excellent job getting me the information I needed to make my decision on the chair lift. Best prices and told me the truth, I talked to a lot of "Sales people" but she came through in a big way. Clay and Justin installed the lift and went over everything with me on all the operations and safety features. A great experience, she kept me informed and up dated me while we were waiting for a part. The snow delayed delivery and you can't control that. Don't waste your time with "Sales people" just talk to Kate and get it done right the first time! Very happy how it turned out!"
