"I am very happy with the service provided by A.C.E.Inc. The technician arrived on time to perform roach extermination. However, due to heavy clutter in all areas placed by the tenant, obstructing the free movement of the technician to get around to execute the duty, the job is done to the best effort and improved the roach situation. As soon as the tenant moved out with all the clutters removed three months later, A.C.E Inc promptly returned and redo the job with full scope and completely solved the pest issue. "The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."
