Alex was punctual and professional. Very nice to work with. Parts had to be ordered and then he returned to make the repair in a about a week. While here he noticed lots of dust and cat hair had collected under the fridge and suggested that it was preventing the air from circulating properly around the refrigerator. He cleaned it all out for me at a very minimal extra cost. Work was done quickly and he left everything very clean

Two hours after I first called: the repair is complete. On a Sunday, with no extra charge. He arrived promptly, he easily diagnosed the problem, he had the part in his truck, and he completed the repair quickly. Then he said, "Don't pay me now. Wait and see how it works first."

A-Z Appliance Repair

My father in law had complained that his 25 year old Whirlpool refrigerator was leaking water that was dripping below his water vegetable tray. He wasn't sure who to call except for Whirlpool Factory reps so I decided to look up local appliance repair in the area on Angie's List as we had a good experience using the services for tree repair. After researching the local repair companies and reviews, I decided to go with Sam as he was a local owner and had great reviews as we wanted someone my father in law could trust. I called Sam at 8am and explained the situation and he called my father in law and arraigned for a 10am meeting. When Sam got there, he made him feel relaxed and talked about family etc and got right down to fixing the refrigerator. My father in law was concerned that he may need a new refrigerator but within a hour, Sam had the leaking water fixed, cleaned out the freezer part and had it back to working order even telling him that this was a good refrigerator and they don't make the new ones like this one. Sam left his cad and my father in law smiling and satisfied Thank you Sam

My Whirlpool Fridge(only 3 years old at the time) stopped working. The freezer was cold but not the fresh food compartment. I gave A-Z a call around 9am after reading some reviews of several places. Sam ( the owner) came over by 10:30am. He determined that the heater in the fridge was working, but that the thermostat and the control board had both gone. After a quick trip to SF to retrieve the parts, he thawed the freezer, replaced the thermostat and swapped out the control board. I would use his services again

I have a frost-free Whirlpool refrigerator that had frost build-up. Boris tested the heating element and transfer cable which both were functional. The issue was a control board that failed. He ordered the part and returned two days later to install new parts. Boris was cordial and professional in his work. I offered to pay him for his first day of diagnosis but he told me he would collect after the job was completed. I will use him in the future for all appliance repairs. I very happy to have selected his services

Appliance 911

Our Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working on Friday night. I called 911 Appliance on 06/27 Saturday and folks picked up the phone and show up in 2 hours notice! Wow, what a response! The refrigerator was checked, problem was the defroster control board which Vladimir already identified per our phone conversation prior to visit. He explained us very well how refrigerator works and brought a new replacement board! Refrigerator was fixed at very reasonable price and we don't need to buy a new one. Thank you very much to Vladimir and his folks! Very good work, appreciate. Highly qualified folks

Tony Hariri took my call and set up an appointment within a day of my call. He called to let me know he was able to come earlier than the appointed time which was great for me. He immediately knew why my Whirlpool refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. The drain for the freezer was clogged with ice and so he went about clearing the drain, telling me that this was a frequent problem with these units but easily fixed. As he was working, I realized that I had intended to have the hoses to my washing machine, which were very old, replaced. I asked him to take a look. He said he could easily take care of it and had time to do it on this call, saving me the cost of another service call. When he finished with the refrigerator, he replaced the hoses on the washer, and said he could also replace the dryer vent pipe, which was also very old. As he was finishing that work, I remembered that the bleach dispenser on the washer was allowing the bleach to run directly onto the floor. He removed the front of the washer, saw that the tube had become detached and re-attached it, adding a clamp so it would not come loose again. He did all these repairs on one service call and parts and labor were only $260. I would absolutely recommend him and will use him for any appliance repair needs I have in the future

He came by and immediately determined I only needed the fan motor that moves the cold air up to the refrigerator unit. Even though he was leaving town that afternoon he went and got the part installed it and it has worked ever since. For anyone in the Eastbay including Pleasanton and Dublin I totally recommend Rosano's Appliance Repair @ (510)-386-0640. You won't be disappointed
