"We took a chance without a personal referral and requested a quote from a few contractors for a large shed demolition and removal and was contacted within 30 minutes by AZ Design & Build. Anthony and his team were at our place the next day to check it out, and then scheduled the demolition for the next day! Within a few hours on the next day, our shed was GONE, the concrete slab underneath completely removed, and the power was disconnected and removed. I am still in awe of how fast they were able to get the project done. While they were there, we mentioned that we were looking to have the gravel removed in our backyard because we eventually would like to put grass in. On the SAME DAY, the entire crew stayed late to start shoveling the gravel. The next morning they continued the job and finished within a few hours. These guys are no joke! The shed fell on 2 of our smaller trees and knocked them over a bit, they re-attached them to the support poles and said that if we have any issues with them they would replace them for us which is super considerate. Plus, they even found out that we had sprinklers under all of that gravel for our future grass which was so great to know! We’re also in need of cabinets in our laundry room and their designer is currently working on a proposal for us. Not only are they the fastest contractors I have ever worked with, the attention to detail and quality of work is superior and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for any sort of contractor work. I’m looking forward to working with them on our next project to see what else they can accomplish!"
