You made resolving the original furnace leak and the new leak (the last HVAC guy created when he changed the filter on my humidifier) seem effortless. The explanation of what was wrong and what you were doing to address the issues gave me a sense of calm. Taking the time to get the needed parts to resolve the leaks AND purchasing new filters for the humidifier AND repairing the filter frame were cherries on top of an amazing customer service experience. Five stars all the way, I highly recommend. The day prior to contacting Orcasitas I made the mistake of using someone that I had not thoroughly vetted to address a leak coming from my furnace. I can't make this up: within 10 minutes of the HVAC guy leaving I heard the sounds of water dripping. What a waste of time and money!"

"Mariusz and his partner were great! They installed two electric baseboard heaters in areas of my finished basement that required some extra heat.
