  Job Description.

  The role 

  Kaltura is seeking a highly motivated Data Specialist to join our growing virtual events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our high-profile customers to uncover insights about their events and support their data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with both customers and cross-functional teams to always innovate and keep our team at the forefront of events analytics

  The day-to-day  

  • Utilize strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and projects for our customers 
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics, and provide guidance and training to team members and customers as needed 
  • Continuously find ways to improve the internal team and our customer experience 
  • Develop scoping documents to clearly outline project scope, timelines, and deliverables 

  Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a data specialist   
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do the "dirty work" when needed 
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python (familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake is an advantage)

  The role 

  Kaltura's M&T(Media & Telecom) Division is looking for a DevOps Engineer

   

  The day-to-day  

  • Manage, Operate, Enhance and Maintain our Cloud platform which processes Millions of requests a day, more than 50,000 transactions/second.
  • Maintain and Improve our Dev/Staging/Prod K8S Clusters.
  • Introduce cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to improve existing processes, with emphasis on speeding up and automating manual processes.
  • Take part in product and infra architecture designs with R&D.
  • Be a part of a DevOps team that develop our product and infrastructure
  • Work closely with R&D to release and support new product features
  • Build self-serve tools to be consumed by the technical teams in the organization.
  • Embrace DevOps mythologies and contribute to the open-source community

   

  Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Experience with the cloud production environment and cloud-native stack - a must
  • Experience with the micro-service environment in high scale distributed systems.
  • Real experience with K8s ecosystem (deployments, maintenance, improvements)
  • Strong familiar with GitOps methodologies, Using Helm and ArgoCD.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as a Code, Preferably CloudFormation
  • Coding experience (preferably python/bash/groovy/Go) - a must
  • Strong background knowledge in Linux Administration.

  Job Description.

  The role: 

  As a Product Marketing Manager, you will shape Kaltura’s Go to Market strategy using deep product insights, industry knowledge, and market intelligence. Your deep understanding of the product features and the buying process will drive change in how we market and sell our products. You will dive deep into the data from every buying process step and optimize messaging and customer touchpoints to turn leads into life-long subscribers.   Job Description.

  Kaltura is seeking an exceptionally talented, driven, and business-minded attorney to join our legal team as a senior legal advisor in our US team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing SaaS company. The successful candidate will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders including sales, procurement, product, marketing and finance teams to support Kaltura’s operations across the globe, as well on corporate and securities matters, reporting to the company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage a diverse workload at the company’s legal and business domains is a must. The successful candidate should also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with internal stakeholders as well as vendors, partners, and customers.

  
  

  Responsibilities:

  -       Structure, draft, and review all manner of commercial agreements, with an emphasis on, cloud services, software licensing, partnership, and technology development agreements, sales and procurement; 

  -       Represent Kaltura in negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors;

  -       Provide legal advice on a range operational matters, including sales, data privacy, IT security, finance, HR, product, and R&D;

  -       Handle Corporate Governance, corporate law and securities law aspects, work with the General Counsel and external Securities lawyers on SEC reporting and Board and compliance matters; and

  -       Work with the legal team and other internal stakeholders to design, build and improve internal processes to support Kaltura’s growth.

   

  Qualifications:

  -       J.D. or L.L.M from a U.S. law school;

  -       5-10 years of relevant experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel;

  -       Experience in the tech sector, particularly with software licensing, recurring revenue business models, and SaaS products strongly preferred;

  -       Experience in Nasdaq or NYSE publicly traded companies (domestic issuers) corporate and securities work; 

  -       Strong writing skills, analytical approach, attention to detail, fast learning, and organizational abilities;

  -       Ability to work independently and as a team-player and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment;

  -       Desire and ability to work on a wide variety of matters, including those outside of subject-matter expertise; and

  You will provide technical support to our business Telco customers, via SaaS and private network.

  • Provide daily support to Kaltura’s media customers, including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.

  • Maintain detailed tickets of the interactions with customers, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required for the availability of the platform and solutions.

  Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on application support experience (advantage for previous experience in the online video industry). Working on critical production environments.
  • Proven ability in delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Experience with API integration.
  • SQL Server knowledge – Experience with no-SQL DB an advantage.
  • Excellent ability to communicate in English is a must. (Russian advantage)
