A second technician came two weeks later for a follow up and we determined something stronger was needed to make sure the entire colony was killed before a carpenter comes in to replace some of the wood. Both technicians explained what they were doing and why in detail and were so polite and informed. They are returning in a month to check up on things but i think we have it all under control.
