"I'm a newcomer to using The Polishing Touch service, but have been very pleased with my experience these last six months! The cleaners are prompt and, when there's been a traffic issue or snow delay, they've called in advance to let me know. The staff has been very accommodating and easy to work with and leave my place cleaned and organized but without me having to hunt to find where something has been moved. My only concern is that they seem suspiciously happy/well-adjusted considering the early hour at which they usually arrive. "Todd was fantastic. Fit me in first thing the next day. Very personable. Work performed was exceptional. Price was exactly as we discussed and not out of line from other plumbers. Plumbers own their own business, carry their own health insurance, contibute to their own 401k. carry an inventory, typically have their own truck ( gas, insurance, maintenance, loan payment). So before we, as individuals, say these guys charge too much, we have two choices....learn how to do this ourselves or hire someone who isnt skilled in this trade.
