We were told that the plants have a one year replacement warranty and then later in the summer we noticed that some of the spruce plants were dying and we contact them and no actions were taken. We email, texted Chris with photos of what was happening and no response. We have been trying to contact them multiple times to get the plants replaced. He finally decided to respond after the one year has passed. He offer to replace them at cost! Really???????????

ACME Restoration provided landscape services for my residence in the spring of 2014. The project included new plantings, relocation of existing plant material, replacement of existing plantings and hardscaping. During the project Chris suggested the integration of a concrete paver walk system which resulted in a beautiful walk that complimented the color of the brick on my home. The walk remains a unique feature of the backyard and entry onto the deck addition. The plants have matured nicely and continues to remain healthy. ACME Restorations services were prompt and competitive. ACME's crew was knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout this project. They provided follow-up services to replace materials that did not survive. It was a pleasure working with Chris and his crew and I would recommend their services for your landscaping needs.
