    Hi,
    love the plugin, but i am facing the below issued:

    i have set a pop-ups for customer to signup: https://i.imgur.com/hugSO80.png
    and the setting is visitor not signed in, should see the pop-up https://i.imgur.com/wKJk6DO.png

    the issue here is if i am not login, i don’t see the pop-ups. visitor logged in then will see the pop-up.
    i am facing this same goes for the Slide-ins i have done.

    please assist with thanks.

    Hi @beauchicmy,

    I just had a look at your site and the popup opens properly for me when I scroll near the Daily Deal section.
    Can you try clearing your browser cache and try again, or check with a different browser so we can see if it’s related to that?

    i have tried with different browser and my phone as well, but non of it show the pop-up.

    Hey @beauchicmy,

    Hope you’re well.

    I tried from my side too and I can see the popup like Predrag mentioned;

    If you already visit your website from that browsers, then all of them can show the cached version. Did you try from incognito (private) window? Also, is that possible to try from the different connection other than you already tried?

    all those previous are using normal browsing. still don’t see it. >.<”

    i have also asked my friend to try from her phone and laptop, having same issued as me, didn’t see any pop-up….

    Hi,
    i think is a wordpress issued, after the latest update Version 4.9.7, now my pop-up and slide-in all are working properly.
