    "Gary Koretsky, our sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He was always available to answer status queries. Window production took longer than expected and I was not contacted about the delay. Calls to installation were not returned right away; however, they were very accommodating with the installation date. Installers were very experienced, clean and worked diligently to get the windows in place. "
