"We are extremely happy with the beautiful bathroom renovation Bay Home Remodeling gave us. Tom Edi and his crew were skillful in every procedure we requested: plumbing, electrical, tile, hardware, painting and frequent updates. Our house is an old one and we asked for a complete existing bathroom demolition to the frame with all new plumbing and wiring. Tomâ s crew expertly managed this perfectly to building codes and gave us a bathroom we are proud of. We canâ t be more pleased with the workers who accommodated us with consideration and kindness. As project manager, Tom stopped by every day to check on his crewâ s progress and brief us on any issues or problems. He even accompanied us to the tile store to advise us on floor, wall and grout requirements. He is truly a hands-on supervisor. Every project has at least one major difficulty. Ours was termites. Tom accommodated the required delay to treat the condition by working around the termite control service. Our furniture and carpets were protected during the renovation and our private property was respected by his crew. We highly recommend Bay Home Remodeling for any construction or remodeling work. "We had the pleasure of working with Creation 7 and Yaniv, our project manager. Our project was a large-scale remodel of a 4000+ sf house, that transformed an uninspired, outdated, and dark interior to a modern, light-filled interior. As an architect-owner with much design time and emotion, as well as money invested in the project, I probably rank pretty high on the fastidious scale of clients. Yaniv was conscientious about following up with any concerns I had on work in progress. We worked through the challenging pieces of my project with tight dimensional tolerances and unusual details including large scale pivot doors, blind doors, skylight wells with complex geometries, flush invisible baseboards, stepped reveal between wall and stairs, and others. This care was taken while sticking to the construction schedule, and allowing us to move in on-schedule (which also allowed us to move out of our previous house and to sell it). We thoroughly enjoy our new house. Thank you to Yaniv and the entire Creation 7 team! "

"On south & west sides (1100 sf), complete stucco plaster removal & replacement, termite & woodrot repairs, some framing & structural work, removal & replacement of exterior sheathing, new ext wall insulation, replace outdated electrical wiring. Worked continuously start to finish in 2 months. A little light on the documentation, so need to be explicit on scope of work & add costs on paper. Great value & good workers."

"I hired Joe to do a tile job in my bathroom. I had a half tile shower with a seat in it, also tile around my bathtub and floor with a drain installed on the floor. The tile came out just beautiful. Also, when I was overseas, I called Joe for an emergency plumbing job under my rental. He came the same day and did the repair. I am glad to have someone to call and trust the job will be done correctly and fairly."
