Permitted development side return plans

Hi,

Just a quick question. I have a mid terrace Victorian house. My architect submitted my 6m side extension plans without showing me then first and only put 1 velux window in the angled roof of the return when I would have liked 3. The council has now approved these plans under permitted development.

Can I still have 3 velux Windows, even though they are not in the drawings?

Many thanks

Assuming you are not in a conservation area, then you don't actually require planning permission o add a rooflight, so you should have no problem, a quick call to the planning department would confirm.

Hi,
What you can do is, just asked your architect to do a quick changes on the submitted proposed drawings to 3 velux Windows. Ring up the council (Planning Dept.) and if required, just email them a new proposed drawings to confirm the changes.

Thanks
