Marie and the fence builders were good to work with on this project. I am delighted with the fence.

I had a patio pad, stoop, and steps installed by Marie’s crew, and I am very pleased with the final result. We unfortunately had a workmanship problem that resulted in needing the steps removed and re-poured, requiring extensive rework due to sinking and separation when the steps were initially poured to face out to the street. When I identified the problem and discussed with Marie, she ensured the correction got done properly with a beautiful end result at no additional cost to me. She also took action with her team to prevent similar workmanship problems going forward. 4 stars for the overall experience and long lag between initial project and completion of the rework, but 5 stars for follow-through to ensure I was satisfied with the result of the finished product. I would definitely recommend Heartland for your next concrete pad job, as that portion of my project was done well from the beginning and it was clear the crew was experienced with flat pad construction.

Marie was easy to talk with and even helped with a loan application. The project process was explained and utility companies were out the next day to mark lines. Even came a second time when rain washed away marks. Quality workmanship on all parts of the fence. Very happy with Heartland!
